Huge room in sunny Mount Stuart House in GLEBE, Tasmania for sale

Hi,
The time has come for me to move back to Melbourne for work, and i need to fill this awesome room before i go.
The house-
The house itself is quite large spread over two levels. The house has a great open living area with views overlooking Hobart. There is also a fireplace which is starting to get a fair work out now that winter is just around the corner. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor. The kitchen is nice and big with oven and cooktop working fine. The house is currently fully furnished, except when i leave i will be taking the TV in the lounge room with me (sorry). The house also has a decent backyard with clothes line. The North Hobart shops and bus stops are about a 3-4minute walk away.
The room-
The room available is on the higher level closer to street level and is huge. The bed in the photos is a queen size bed, just to give you an idea of the size of the room. There is a bathroom and toilet what would be shared with the other housemate on the same level. The room also has a panel heater which heats up the entire room in minutes. The only bedroom furniture that will be left with the room is a vanity table and wardrobe as can be seen in the photos.
The housemates-
You would be housesharing with Chris and Rachel. Both are around 25 years old. Chris works full time and Rachel works part time from home. Both housemates are really easy to get along with, always up for a chat, and respectful of each other's privacy.
Other relevant info-
- There is a canary that lives indoors and two guinea pigs that live in the backyard. Any more pets would need to be checked with the landlord.
- There is ample street parking
- Bond is 4 weeks rent
- Rent is paid fortnightly directly to the landlord ($145pw)
- Internet and electricity is shared between all housemates (Internet is $27 pm)
The room will be available from the 20th of June 2014 (Friday).
