Room for Rent - Elphinstone Manor share house in GLEBE, Tasmania for sale

Ahoy room seekers,
We (Jess, Nadege, Shireen, Ellina, Tanya and Harii) currently occupy a shared three-storey house in Mount Stuart and are seeking a seventh legend to fill a now available room.
The size of the room has been described as 'big enough to hold a small cake sale' and we have plenty of various shaped cake tins and a roaring oven if you should choose to do so.
As a collective house, we have won various awards such as:
- Sickest Christmas Party (2013)
- Best Ethnic Food Feast (Shireen, two years in a row)
- Bust a Move in yo Kitchen Comp (Bronze Medal)
- Cutest Transsexual Cat (Bobsy, Gold Medal)
- Guinness World Record holders for 'Most dinner guests crammed into one dining room'
So as well as being talented, we're a super friendly bunch, individually absorbed in our work and studies but also pretty sociable, always up for a yarn or to share some dinner. We have a wicked backyard deck that overlooks our growing and evolving veggie patch, our neighbours are quiet and friendly, our cat Bobsy is tops, the hot water never runs out and we have a house car that helps out with occasional lifts and supermarket trips if you ask it nicely. It's a 4 minute walk to North Hobart shops, 32 seconds if you're on rollerblades, but then getting back up the hill in rollerblades is awkward.
North Hobes has an abundance of necessities including a cinema, pubs and delectable places to eat such as our favourite - ReNoWn MiLk BaR where one scoop is $2.50 and the Batman pinball machine gives out heaps of free games.
As far as our preferences in a housemate go, someone around our ages (20 to 30ish) would be great, just coz of the general lifestyle factor. We don't tend to hold rave parties, but we also don't like changing nappies and nor are we any good at denture repairs. A dude would be great, purely because we have five lovely ladies smothering one lonely gentleman. But really, we're looking for someone to move in straight away, so if you're lacking a Y chromosome, well that's cool. Our house dynamic is an ideal little multicultural microcosm, where we all go about our lives differently, eat different food, listen to different music, and in a way that works because we're all respectful of and interested in one another. You would fit into this.
Rent is 90 a week, paid fortnightly

Water and energy bills are split evenly
The room will be unfurnished, however the desk in the photo could be yours, along with a clothes cupboard that is currently sitting unused downstairs.
